CPG. That is what this weeks episode is. This week we talk about the new AMD socket AM2 and if it’s worth it, the PS3 used games rumor, and the debut of The Widget Virtual PC with two base systems that give you the best bang for your buck. And the big draw this week is that we have our most succesful call-in show to date. Big shout-outs to everyone that called in! That’s it for now… it’s hard to cram almost 3 hours of podcasting into a little show snippet.

Hey people! Well, E3 has come and gone, and usually this means a slow news week. Not so for us! We bring you news on the new MacBooks out of Apple (black… oooooo), Microsoft releases the Vista specs and a handy program to help you spend your money. New cards from nVidia? Perhaps…. What’s this?!? A new Widget feature is headed your way? Something about a dream machine? All this and your mail on The Widget!

Hey guys, remember when we promised you loads of E3 coverage in this weeks episode? Well, we decided to skip that and bring you a show focused entirely on the merits of the Virtual Boy and our longing for a true successor…just kidding. Not ones to go back on our word, we have pulled out all the stops and broke all the podcasting rules to bring you our E3 extravaganza. That’s right, over two hours of exhaustive coverage on Sony’s failings, Microsoft’s latest developments, and Nintendo’s glorious return to fame. Add in a cup of crude humor, 2lbs of viewer mail, and a whole case of our special guest Cooper Hawkes from GamerAndy.com, and you have the recipe what may be the best Widget yet. Enjoy!

Considering that this week is the final show before the big E3 news drops, the pickings of things to talk about were rather slim. Sure, there were a few morsels like Oblivion getting its rating changed, but mostly, there wasn’t much going on. That’s ok though, because when there is no news, there is always Widget Fan Letters! Yay! Enjoy this ep, and we’ll see you guys next week with all kinds of E3 goodness.

How are you guys this week? Wii are doing awesome. Yes, that’s right, just like everyone else on the planet, we’re ribbing Nintendo on the choice of name for their new console. Sure, there plenty of other things we talk about this week, but who reads the stuff I write here anyways? Like, I could start talking about how awesome the Sky Commanders toys are, and who would know? So yeah, download this episode. I’m off for a candy bar.
